Ha ha ha. Wrong answers are better than right ones, it turns out!

1. they all contain a training montage?
2. songs that mention waking up in the morning?
3. I don't know who Jack is, so this is tricky. I may not know who David is. I think I can't do this one.

1. Yes! (Melanie gets points here, because she seems to have identified the presence of a mentor in each movie, but I was thinking of the training montage specifically.)

2. Hm, good guess, the morning is mentioned in at least the first two. That's not what I was thinking of.

3. You do not need any special knowledge to know who Jack and David are (ie. I am not thinking of secret Stargate characters or anything).

Is number 3 normal sized people who fought and won against big people? Except who did Hercules fight? That hydrda maybe? Also the hydra was a river.

You're right, Rory! I was thinking "giant killers." :) Hercules slew some giants, I am pretty sure.

What do you mean the Hydra was a river?

Well apparently the hydra might have been referring to some river that hercules had to dam up or something. And whenever he cut off a "head" of the river, two more would flow around it. But maybe the person who told me that was lying.
